With escalating work demands, diverse tasks, colleagues spread across different time zones, and a constant barrage of notifications from various devices, it’s unsurprising that today’s workforce is under more stress than ever. We require straightforward methods to unwind, and one of the simplest is focusing on our breath. If your mind feels overwhelmed and on the verge of spinning out of control, take a moment to concentrate on your breathing and try to slow it down.

Just 90 seconds can be sufficient to break free from the cycle of automatic negative reactions and the accompanying physiological responses. Even better, set aside 10-15 minutes daily for meditation. Among its numerous benefits, meditation empowers us to gain better control over our mental wanderings, fostering happier, more constructive, and more productive thoughts.
