Ziraat Katılım Bankası A.Ş. was established with the permission of Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency dated 10.10.2014 and numbered 6046 published in the Official Gazette dated 15.10.2014 and numbered 29146 with a capital of 675,000,000 TRY paid entirely by the Treasury of the Turkish Republic. It has obtained an operating license with the decision of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency dated 12.05.2015 and numbered 6302 published in the Official Gazette dated 14.05.2015 and numbered 29355.
Based on the decision taken at the 2023 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, Ziraat Katılım’s capital was raised to 7.350.000.000 TRY.
